Free Shipping on Orders Over $49

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2 business days (additional fee at checkout)
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day (additional fee at checkout)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, CrazyDeelz ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@crazydeelz.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
